I was looking for a coach who takes a truly holistic approach to wellbeing and could help me build a sustainable framework that I could carry with me for years to come. That is exactly what I found with Jeff. What sets Jeff apart is that he always sees you as a whole person rather than simply prescribing a standard exercise programme or generic fitness plan. His coaching considers all the key aspects of wellbeing, including sleep, nutrition, stress management, exercise, relationships, mindfulness, and meditation. This mind-and-body approach resonated deeply with me and has helped me develop a personalised framework that genuinely works for my lifestyle. Through our work together, I have made meaningful improvements across several areas, from my sleep habits and nutrition to fasting and overall wellbeing. I particularly appreciate Jeff's depth of knowledge around health, nutrition, and the science behind how our bodies respond to what we eat. Our conversations often go beyond surface-level advice and into the "why" behind healthy habits, which I find incredibly valuable. Jeff also has a unique ability to help you see the bigger picture when life feels overwhelming. He provides thoughtful guidance, helps you establish healthy boundaries, and brings clarity when your thinking feels clouded. Beyond the one-to-one coaching, the group coaching sessions have been equally valuable. Not only have I benefited from Jeff's guidance, but I have also found a supportive community where people openly share experiences, challenges, and successes. Over time, Jeff has become someone I trust and can rely on, and I am grateful to have found both a friend and a community through his programme. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for lasting change, not just in their fitness, but in their overall health, wellbeing, and quality of life.Posted on Google![]()

Jeff is the real deal. Great support and coaching very personalized and he actually cares. He is not using some AI template like most coaching these days, but he is building a real relationship with a foundation of strong mental health principles.Posted on Google![]()

I worked with Jeff Siegel for six months, and it was one of the most impactful coaching experiences I’ve had. While we certainly covered fitness and nutrition, our work went far beyond what you’d expect from a typical personal trainer. We dug into identity, vision, and clarifying my “why,” which made the physical changes much more sustainable and meaningful. What’s especially impressive is that we worked together remotely. I was on the West Coast while Jeff was based in Boston, yet through regular meetings, ongoing texts, and thoughtful follow-ups, the experience felt deeply personal and effective. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, having attended and lectured at Harvard, but what really sets him apart is his ability to simplify complex ideas, slow you down, and truly connect as a human. He even incorporated breathwork into our sessions and followed up each week with questions and prompts that kept the work moving forward. I also really valued the bi-weekly group coaching sessions. Connecting with other men facing similar challenges created a sense of community, brotherhood, and support that was both grounding and motivating. Jeff is more than a trainer. He’s a coach in the fullest sense of the word. I highly recommend working with Jeff Siegel.Posted on Google![]()

I have had an excellent experience working with Jeff. When I first started working with him back in Setpember, I was looking to gain more confidence throughout various aspects of my life. Throughout our sessions, Jeff taught me valuable strageties as well as actionable tips for me to implement in my day-to-day routines as well as how to be more present in certain areas of my life. Working with Jeff has helped me grow my confidence and provided me with tangible advice and insights on how I can further better myself throughout my journey.Posted on Google![]()

Wow! It’s been SO awesome working with Jeff over the last 3-4 months. I booked 10 sessions with Jeff to navigate career and fitness goals. Through our work together, I tapped into what I really wanted and made actionable steps towards those objectives, including completing my first triathlon and trail running races. I’m also a lot more clear on my career path after our sessions! Jeff is very responsive, highly encouraging and held me accountable to goals I set during our sessions. He offers a lot of wisdom while also allowing you to trust your intuition and arrive at your own conclusions. Highly recommend working with Jeff as a coach!Posted on Google![]()

I came to Jeff lost and confused. After nearly 2 years of work with Jeff, I love who I have become. I can confidently say I'm a better friend, spouse and father because of his support and the work we did together. Jeff's coaching is about so much more than "wellness." It's about healing through examining the entire system--the diet industrial culture, your past stories, outside pressures and influences, self-limiting beliefs and so much more. Jeff helped me connect with an inner confidence and peace that I didn't know was possible as it related to health, eating and exercise.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. WEIGHT LOSS COACHING FOR MEN
Weight Loss Coaching for Men Who Want to Lose Fat, Build Strength, and Keep the Results
You probably already know that eating better and moving more matter. The harder part is doing those things consistently when stress rises, motivation drops, or life gets messy. Jeff helps men build the habits, awareness, and practical systems that make fat loss and better health more sustainable.

Men's Wellness & Life Coach
WHY THE CYCLE KEEPS REPEATING
The Problem Usually Isn’t Knowing How to Lose Weight
You can eat well for two weeks. Train consistently for a month. Get motivated after a holiday or a health scare.
Then work gets heavy. Sleep drops. Stress builds. A few missed workouts turn into several weeks, eating becomes less intentional, and suddenly you are starting over again. Jeff’s work focuses on what happens after motivation wears off — because that is usually where sustainable change is won or lost.
IF THIS FEELS FAMILIAR
If This Cycle Feels Familiar
The pattern often looks different on the surface, but the same few problems keep showing up underneath it.
You Keep Starting Over
You make progress, lose momentum, then feel like you are back at the beginning.
Your Routine Only Works on Good Weeks
The plan falls apart when work, family, travel, or stress increases.
Food Gets Harder Under Pressure
Stress, fatigue, late-night eating, or mindless snacking can quietly undo the structure you built earlier in the day.
You Want to Feel Stronger — Not Just Lighter
The goal is not simply a smaller number on the scale. You want better energy, strength, confidence, and a body you feel better living in.
A MORE SUSTAINABLE WAY FORWARD
Weight Loss Is an Outcome. The Real Work Is Building What Produces It.
Jeff does not start by handing every man the same diet or workout plan. The coaching looks at the behaviors underneath the outcome — how you eat when stressed, how you recover after slipping, how movement fits into your actual week, what makes routines easier or harder, and what helps you follow through when motivation is low.
The goal is to build a way of living that supports fat loss and strength without requiring perfect discipline every day.

The Work Behind Sustainable Weight Loss
Fat loss is the outcome. The coaching focuses on the behaviors, decisions, and systems that make that outcome more sustainable.
Eating Patterns
Build more awareness around hunger, portions, stress eating, snacking, and the moments when food decisions become harder.
Movement & Strength
Create a realistic approach to exercise and strength that can continue through normal life.
Habit Design
Make the healthy choice easier to repeat instead of relying on motivation every day.
Stress & Body Awareness
Learn to notice the physical and emotional signals that often come before automatic eating or abandoning routines.
Recovery After a Slip
One difficult meal or missed week does not need to become a month-long restart.
Environment & Accountability
Shape your routines, surroundings, and support so the behavior you want has a better chance of happening.
JEFF'S APPROACH
No “Perfect Diet.” No Starting Over Every Monday.
A short-term plan can produce short-term compliance. Jeff is more interested in what happens six months later. The coaching helps you understand which behaviors are actually driving your progress, which situations repeatedly throw you off, and how to adjust without abandoning the whole process.
Build What You Can Repeat
The goal is not to create the strictest plan. It is to create one that can survive ordinary weeks, stressful weeks, and imperfect weeks.
Use Setbacks as Information
Instead of treating a slip as failure, coaching looks at what happened, what triggered it, and what needs to change next.
Strengthen Follow-Through
You are not trying to become perfect at dieting. You are building a stronger relationship with food, movement, recovery, and your own follow-through.
RECENT CLIENT EXPERIENCE
10 / 10
10 Recent Clients. None Abandoned All of Their Daily Practices.
Across Jeff’s 10 most recent clients, none stopped all of their daily practices during six months of coaching. Five maintained every practice, while five maintained some.
This does not guarantee any individual weight-loss result, but it reflects the kind of consistency the coaching is designed to develop.
Talk With JeffBuild the Behaviors That Make the Result More Sustainable
The process is not about chasing a perfect week. It is about learning what actually drives your progress and building a system you can keep using.
STEP 01
Understand What Is Driving the Pattern
Look at eating, movement, sleep, stress, routines, environment, and the situations where consistency usually disappears.
STEP 02
Build a System Around Your Real Life
Create practical eating, movement, recovery, and habit strategies you can realistically repeat.
STEP 03
Practice, Adjust & Relapse-Proof the Process
Use coaching and accountability to refine what works, learn from setbacks, and return to your practices faster instead of starting over.

You Don’t Need Another Short Burst of Motivation

Weight Loss Coaching for Men — FAQ
Do you give clients a diet plan?
Jeff does not typically rely on rigid, standardized meal plans. Coaching focuses on helping you improve the behaviors, decisions, routines, and eating patterns that support your goals.
Will you create a workout program for me?
Jeff’s coaching can support movement and strength goals, but he does not position the service as a standardized personal-training program. If you already work with a trainer or other health professional, coaching can help you follow through on that guidance more consistently.
What if I have lost weight before and regained it?
That pattern is one reason the coaching focuses heavily on sustainability, setbacks, and what happens when motivation or structure disappears.
Can stress eating be part of the work?
Yes. When stress, emotional eating, or late-night eating is a major part of the problem, Jeff can work on those patterns within coaching. You can also explore the dedicated Stress & Emotional Eating Coaching for Men page.
How long is the coaching?
Jeff’s primary coaching offer is a high-touch six-month engagement designed to give enough time to practice, adjust, and strengthen new patterns.
Is coaching available online?
Yes. Jeff works with clients online, making the coaching practical for men balancing work, family, travel, and changing schedules.
Lose Fat. Build Strength. Stop Starting Over.
