Who I Work With
- Men who want to become healthier, happier, and sources of strength for others.
- Men who are willing to put in the effort to build a better life (even if others don’t approve.)
- Men who want physical health, mental strength, and emotional resources to do what it takes to fulfill their potential.
- Men who are willing to rise to the challenges life throws their way, even if it requires letting go of old mindsets and habits.
- Men who aren’t scared to become kinder, wiser, and more caring.
I started working with Jeff in the fall of 2019, when I was feeling a bit adrift in my professional life and looking to claim a sense of purpose— not that I would have put it that way at the time. Over the course of our work together, Jeff pushed me to ask questions of myself that were sometimes difficult to answer, but that I still think about and turn over in my head.
I can honestly say that in the last year I’ve learned more about what it is that motivates me, how to reframe challenging situations, and how to work more intentionally toward finding balance in different parts of my life. What’s more, our work has awakened in me a sense of inquiry, honest assessment, and flexibility of mind and perspective that has allowed me to grow as a human.

Working with Jeffrey has truly been a life-changing experience. Prior to working with Jeffrey I was consumed by negative thoughts, low self-esteem/confidence, and feeling like I was in a cycle of monotony. I felt my career and life was not going in the direction I wanted and I decided to make a change. I was a bit apprehensive about working with a life coach due to the investment of money and time, and simply put, I just wasn’t sure if he could help.
The best thing about working with Jeffrey is that he’s provided me a toolkit of exercises to succeed and become the person I want to be. He has shown me that my negative thoughts aren’t always true and through journaling and meditation I can quell those arresting voices. I know that I will still have battles with myself, but using what Jeffrey has taught me, I feel like I can overcome any challenge. Even if there is a failure along the way, Jeffrey has helped me continually move forward.

I think there are two things that Jeff Siegel does that allowed him to change my life. First, he didn’t make me follow some pre-made template- he worked with me to create a unique plan to crush my personal goals. Second, Jeff Siegel is all things wellness. If you want to get jacked, of course, he can get you there. But Jeff was with me at some of the lowest points of my life and helped drag me out of the mud, challenging me to be my best self when I didn’t even want to get out of bed. He opened my mind with his depth and breadth of all things health, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Getting started on my health journey was the most difficult part, but Jeff gave me the tools and momentum I needed to care for my health independently. Three months later, I still use everything I learned with Jeff.
``Jeffrey has been an invaluable resource to the participants in our program. He makes mindfulness accessible and easy to digest for beginners, and we’ve received tons of feedback expressing appreciation for 1) his attentive facilitation style and 2) helpful practices to combat burnout that you can incorporate immediately on your own. It’s always difficult to take time to pause, but Jeffrey’s sessions always remind us that it’s worth it.``
