Structure + body-trust. Goals + self-respect. Neither compromised.

Why Do I Teach This?

For years, I thought eating was a problem I could solve with more control. I tracked calories. Measured portions. Tried to “do it right.”

It worked for a bit, but when stress hit or life got busy, the whole system collapsed back into old patterns and a "f*ck it" attitude.

The pressure of trying to perfect my eating and body became exhausting.

What finally changed wasn’t more self-control. It was about learning to understand the deeper drives behind my eating instead of fighting them.

I appreciated what my eating habits were doing for me, and worked with them instead of against them.

That shift changed my relationship with food, my body, and my sense of self-trust.

Now I help other men make the same upgrade to their relationship with food and fitness.
