Why I Work This Way
I intentionally keep my coaching practice small.
I only work with a limited number of clients at a time because I want every person I coach to receive thoughtful attention, honest feedback, and real partnership.
That also means I’m looking for the right fit—not simply trying to fill my calendar.
The quality of the relationship matters more than anything else.
