And I think a lot of us, we’re so tired, we’re already so fatigued, and our body’s already so drained, that we just don’t have the mental fortitude to make those decisions, at least very well. That’s where a lot of eating healthy falls apart, just because we have to make so many complicated food decisions, and we have to do it every day.”
